General Characteristics of Pneumatically Actuated Angle Seat Valves:
1. Y-type body structure ensures high flow capacity. 2. Features a water hammer-resistant design. 3. The standard packing design is suitable for vacuum conditions ranging from 10 to 2 mbar. 4. The valve actuator is capable of 360° rotation; to ensure maximum valve performance is achieved at the lowest possible control pressure, a range of actuator sizes is available (32, 40, 50, 63, 90, and 110 mm diameters). 5. The self-adjusting, maintenance-free packing design ensures superior sealing performance. 6. A variety of body materials are available: AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 316L, and Tin Bronze. 7. Multiple connection types are available: internal thread, external thread, butt-weld, socket-weld, flanged, quick-connect, and union-type. 8. Valve body sizes range from 1/4" to 4", and the valve structure is available in various configurations: double-acting, single-acting normally closed (reverse flow), single-acting normally closed (forward flow), single-acting normally open (forward flow), and single-acting normally open (reverse flow). 9.
