Positioners for proportional Control

1、Electro pneumatic positioner is used for operation of pneumatic linear valve actuators by means of elctrical controller or control systems with an analog output signal of DC 4 to 20mA or split ranges.

2、Intelligent electro-pneumatic valve positioner is designed for integral pneumatic control valve, particularly suitable for angel seat valve and diaphragm valve.Valves flow proportional to a 0-10 VDC, 0-20mA control signal. Feedback pf valve stem position via linear potentiometer. Uses a profiled disc for flow characterization. Assembly available on 50mm through 110mm operators, normally closed with fluid entry under disc. Positioner not suitable for water pilotying.

Linear or modified equal-percentage control via valve seat regulating cone design

The adjacent diagram shows the approximative curve of the Kv value characteristic. The characteristic may deviate dependent on valve body, nominal size, regulating cone and valve stroke.
