Emergency Manual Override (N.O. valve)

VM10-OP series is installed on the valve position indicator at the top of the actuator and is suitable for the emergency manual operation 

device of normally open valves. The operation device allows manual adjustment of the valve flow from 100% to 0%. 

1. When the valve is open, it can regulate the flow.

2. It is only suitable for normally open valve structures.

3. In air-controlled normally open, spring-return structures, it can serve as an emergency brake switch.

Emergency Manual Override (N.C. valve)

VM10-CL series is installed on the valve position indicator section at the top of the actuator and is suitable for emergency manual operation 

devices of normally closed valves. The operation device allows manual adjustment of the valve flow from 0% to 100%. 

1. When the valve is in the closed state, it can adjust the flow.

2. It is only suitable for normally closed valve structures.

3. In air-controlled normally closed, spring-return structures, it can be used as an emergency brake switch.

Stroke Limiter

The stroke limiter allows Cv flow to be adjusted from 0% to 100%, and mounts on top of  Globe valve in place of the 

position indicator. Assembly available onto 50mm through 125mm normally open or normally closed valves with

fluid entry under the disc.

Function Mode 1

1. The stroke limiter is an operating device installed at the valve position indicator on top of the actuator, used for the opening height of normally 

closed valves. 

2. It can be used for all valves that are in the closed position.

Function Mode 2

1. In the absence of a controlled air source, mechanical failure, 

or lack of a pilot control valve, the valve in the closed position 

can be manually operated to open.  

2. It can be used for all valves that are in the closed position.
