Control solenoid valve

AXM offers a variety of 3-way direct acting normally closed pilot valves and 5-way pilot solenoid valve to pilot 32mm through 160mm globe control 

valves. Available in direct, in-line, and remote mounting.

1、Type AXA23 is Plunger valve 3/2 way direct-acting for direct assembling

3/2  way pilot valves with banjo bolts

Body and reel positionable at 360°.   Standard manual control.

Type AXA23 is used as a special pilot valve fordirect installation on the externally controlled

pneumatic actuators. It consists of the magnetic pilot and a special connection body with 

hollow screw which can be connected directly to the control air connection of the

actuator. The valve features manual actuation as standard. in particular for controlling single

-acting pneumatic actuators or technical vacuum. 

Connection port： G1/8” & G1/4”

2、Type AXB23 is Plunger valve 3/2 way direct-acting for direct assembling

3/2  way pilot valves with banjo bolts

Body and reel positionable at 360°.   Standard manual control.

Type AXB23 is used as a special pilot valve for direct installation on the externally controlled

pneumatic actuators. It consists of the magnetic actuator and a special connection body with 

hollow screw which can be connected directly to the control air connection of the actuator. The 

valve features manual actuation as standard.

Connection port： G1/8” & G1/4”

3、Type 3V1-06/08 is 3/2 way direct-acting plunger valve.

3V1 valve is a direct-acting pilot plunger valve. The plunger valve A port should be connected 

to the actuator air inlet port P1 using double external threaded bolts. The plunger valve B port 

needs to be sealed with a plug. It comes with a manual operation mechanism for easy and quick 

debugging, optimization, and maintenance.

Connection port： G1/8” & G1/4”。

4、Tepy DX23-06/08 is 3/2 way direct-acting plunger valve.

DX23-06/08 valve is a direct-acting plunger valve. It uses copper or stainless steel as the 

main body material and is available in various port sizes, with a maximum port diameter 

of up to 3mm, suitable for rapid intake and exhaust operations of large-diameter actuators. 

The plunger valve A port needs to be connected to the actuator air inlet P1 using a double 

external thread bolt. 

Actuator housing temperature: from-10°C to +50°C.

Connection port： G1/8” & G1/4”。

5、EV25/2331-08 is 5/2 way pilot solenoid valve.

EV25/2531-08 Solenoid valve (NAMUR)sets  optional between function 5/2 or 3/2 for 

direct assembling NAMUR interface actuator,achievable by rotating the interconnecting 

plate to 180°。

Actuator housing temperature: from-10°C to +50°C.

Connection port：  G1/4”。

6、EV2521-08M/ EV2531-08M is 5/2 way pilot solenoid valve

EV2521-08 & EV2531-08M valve is a 5/2 way pilot valve that complies with NAMUR 

standards. The EV25/2331-08 can be directly mounted on a NAMUR interface 

actuator. 

Actuator housing temperature: from-10°C to +50°C.

Connection port：  G1/4”。

EV2521-08M is suitable for 40mm PX actuators

EV2521-08M is suitable for 50mm~110mm PX actuators
