Adaptation for proximity switch
1、Proximity switch with LED. and mounts on top of the valve operator in place of the standard visual indicator.
2、1 proximity switch with LED. and mounts on a fixed bracket, While the valve is opening, the extension rim on the lengthening stem approaches the switch to signal the position of the valve .
3、2 proximity switches with LED. and mounts on a fixed bracket, While the valve is opening or closed, the extension rims on the lengthening stem approaches the switch to generate two signals, indicateing the positions of the valve .
Compact signaling unit (Electric position feedback indicator)
Input: 3~6Bar air Output: Built-in Contact Micro Switch 1、Electrical feedback switch : the electrical position feedback is screwed in, instead of the visual position indicator. While the valve is opening, the postion of actuator lifts a palm-button. This button actuates a micro switch with change-over contact, which give the electrical feedback of the valve position. The palm-button also acts as an optical position indicator.
2、Electrical position feedback: Supplied with 1 or 2 mechanical or inductive switched with LEDs. and mounts on top of the valve operator in place of the standard visual indicator. As the valve cycles, cams on the signaling box lengthening stem operate the switches to provide electrical sugnaling of the valve position.
The signaling box can rotate 360°.
3、Two-circuit limit swith : mounted with the assistance of a fixing bracket, instead of the viusal position indicator. While the valve is opening, the lengthening stem touches the head stem of the switch to signal the positionof the valve.
Electric position feedback indicator
Input: 3~6 Bar air supply
Output: Built-in contact micro switch
1. Position Feedback VM514: Provides 1 or 2 mechanical or inductive switches and is installed on top of the valve actuator, in the position of the original valve visual indicator. When the valve operates, the cam on the extended rod inside the signal switch will touch the mechanical or inductive switch according to the valve's opening and closing, providing position signal feedback of the valve. The top of the feed-back device is equipped with multiple LED position indicator lights, allowing clear identification of the valve seat position during operation.
The signal feedback switch can rotate 360°.
2. Position Feedback VM524 is an integrated signal feedback component specifically designed for distributed automation of pneumatic process valves. Mechanical or inductive limit switches detect valve positions. The integrated pilot valve can control single-acting actuators. The design of the control unit and actuator allows built-in air control channels without the need for external tubing. In addition to electrical position feedback, LED indicators on the pneumatic control device also show the equipment status. The valve body made of chemical-resistant materials is easy to clean and provides practical IP protection for sanitary processes in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
The signal feedback switch can rotate 360°.
3. Position Feedback VM534 is an explosion-proof linear travel signal feedback device with an aluminum alloy die-cast housing. Explosionproof rating: Ex db IIC T6 Gb, protection rating: IP66. It contains 1 or 2 mechanical or inductive switches. The top features a visual window where, during valve operation, the cam on the extended rod inside the signal switch will touch the mechanical or inductive switches as the valve opens and closes, providing position signal feedback of the valve.
The signal feedback switch can rotate 360°.
